Zoraya is a fine jewellery brand based in Surat, Gujarat, India. We manufacture and sell Gold, Silver, Kundan, Polki, and fashion jewellery directly to customers across India and internationally.

3. Products

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Discontinue any product at any time without notice
Limit the quantity of any product available for purchase
Change product descriptions, prices, or images at any time

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours and finish may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen display settings. Jewellery is a handcrafted product — minor variations in design are a natural characteristic and not considered a defect.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel your order.

5. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability or stock errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Errors in pricing or product information
Payment failure or non-verification

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be fully refunded.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment details. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

7. Cancellations

Before dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once cancelled, a full refund will be initiated.

After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for options after delivery.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

All content on our website — including but not limited to the Zoraya name, logo, product photographs, descriptions, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Zoraya and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.
